SNP met with disgraced Cambridge Analytica

One of Cambridge Analytica's former directors has revealed the scandal hit firm had meetings with the SNP.


Brittany Kaiser, former director of program development, revealed the existence of the meetings following questions from a surprised SNP MP Brendan O'Hara. 

She said, “I believe that there were meetings that took place in London, where individuals came down from Edinburgh to visit us at our Mayfair headquarters. And then further meetings were undertaken in Edinburgh near the parliament.”

Cambridge Analytica are accused of harvesting the data of 50million Facebook users for commercial use such as in the US Presidential election.
